To help attract shoppers back to Caledonia during Native protests, PLAY developed a new look and feel for the Town of Caledonia as well as radio and print ads and, in phase two of the campaign, a shopping spree promotion. The campaign attracted thousands of shoppers back and helped businesses survive.
